Multiuse Point-of-Use Photochemical Filters and Manifolds

Developed from the Mykrolis® contamination control technologies, Optimizer® liquid filters are ideal for controlling particles in many photochemicals: including BARC, TARC, photoresist and solvents. Ranging lab-scale use to point-of-use applications, Optimizer filters are available with a variety of membrane technologies.
