Roger D. McDaniel

Roger McDaniel is the chairman of the board of directors and has been a board member for Entegris since August 1999. Currently retired, he was president and chief executive officer of IPEC, Inc., from 1997 to 1999, and chief executive officer and director of MEMC from 1989 to 1997. Mr. McDaniel is a former director and board chairman of the Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International (SEMI) organization. He currently serves on the board of directors of Veeco Instruments.
