Michael A. Bradley

Michael A. Bradley served on the Mykrolis board of directors and chaired its audit and finance committee since 2001 up to the time of the merger with Entegris. He is currently the president and chief executive officer of Teradyne, Inc., positions he has held since May 2004; he has been Teradyne's president since May of 2003. Mr. Bradley has served in a number of executive roles for Teradyne including president of the Semiconductor Test Division, chief financial officer and vice president.
