Brian F. Sullivan

Brian F. Sullivan joined the Entegris board of directors in December 2003. He is the chief executive officer of SterilMed, Inc., a post he's held since 2002. From 1999 to 2002, he was co-chairman of the on-line grocery delivery company, SimonDelivers.com; and in 1986, he was a co-founder of Recovery Engineering, Inc. serving as chairman and chief executive officer until 1999. Mr. Sullivan is on the board of directors for Sontra Medical Corporation, and has served on other boards including The R.L. Winston Rod Company, North Central Life Insurance, Hope Academy and the Minnesota Orchestra.
